Myron A. Rahn III
Myron is originally from Tuscola, Illinois, a small town near Champaign-Urbana. He received his bachelor’s degree in 2004 from the University of Illinois, where he majored in both military history and political theory.
In 2004, Myron moved to Indianapolis to attend law school at Indiana University in Indianapolis. While in law school, he clerked for the Marion County Prosecutor's Office, the general counsel for Governor Mitch Daniels, and for the Indiana Attorney General. He also was admitted to the Order of the Barristers and served as a notes editor for the International & Comparative Law Review. Upon receiving his J.D. from Indiana University in 2007, Mr. Rahn became a deputy attorney general for the Attorney General's Office, where he practiced administrative law against real estate licensees, as well as civil litigation against fraudulent foreclosure consultants and mortgage brokers. In 2008, he was also admitted to the Illinois bar.
Mr. Rahn joined Brand & Morelock in 2009, where he concentrates his practice in litigation. His other areas of practice include the following:
