Greenfield-Central High School in 1980. He received a BA from Wittenberg

Mr. Morelock, a Hancock County resident for more than 25 years, graduated Lebanon High School in 1969, received his Bachelor's Degree from Indiana University in 1975, and his law degree in 1980 from Indiana University School of Law - Indianapolis. He was admitted to the Indiana State Bar in 1980.
